The small, sensory things that help me settle into postpartum with a little more ease
I have set out to honor the postpartum experience and “be” in that space and time as it arrives. I don’t want to rush through or bounce back immediately, but I also want to feel a little more comfortable in my skin.
Between the physical recovery, the newness of it all, and the slower rhythm of these early days, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.
These are a few of those items that make me feel good physically, emotionally, and aesthetically. They’re not life-changing, but they are little touchpoints of care and calm that make the early days feel softer. A bit more me.
